We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Envelopes; if your order isn't perfect, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
