How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom printed orders require an additional 3-5 business days for production before they are dispatched.

What is your return policy?
Unused, non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom printed envelopes are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your envelopes laser and inkjet printer compatible?
Most of our products are compatible with standard home and office printers. However, for thicker cardstock or metallic finishes, we recommend checking your printer's manual for weight specifications.
